Pro Zone Service Agency provides professional, confidential, culturally responsive interpretation services for individuals, attorneys, organizations, businesses, healthcare providers, community agencies, and other professionals.
Our interpreters are selected based on language proficiency, professional experience, subject-matter familiarity, and the requirements of each assignment.
GENERAL INTERPRETATION

USCIS & IMMIGRATION INTERPRETATION
USCIS Interviews

Immigration Attorney Meetings
Remote: $125/hour — 1-hour minimum In Person: $150/hour — 2-hour minimum
Asylum Interview Interpretation
Remote: $325 — up to 2 hours In Person: $425 — up to 2 hours Additional time: $100 per 30 minutes
Rates reflect the additional preparation, terminology, sensitivity, and extended concentration often required for asylum matters.
LEGAL INTERPRETATION

Court assignments requiring a specifically certified or court-approved interpreter are quoted separately based on jurisdictional requirements and interpreter qualifications.
MEDICAL & SOCIAL SERVICE INTERPRETATION

Specialized assignments may require an interpreter with specific credentials and are subject to availability.
EVENTS & SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Consecutive Interpretation
$165/hour — 2-hour minimum
Suitable for meetings, workshops, presentations, community events, trainings, interviews, and small conferences.
Simultaneous Interpretation
Starting at $225/hour — 3-hour minimum
Equipment, additional interpreters, technical support, and travel are quoted separately.
For assignments exceeding approximately two hours of continuous simultaneous interpretation, two interpreters may be required to maintain accuracy and interpreter performance.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Travel
Local travel within the designated Pro Zone service area may be included depending on the assignment.
Travel outside the standard service area:
$0.75 per mile plus applicable tolls and parking.
Extended-distance assignments may include compensated travel time.
Waiting Time
Waiting time beyond the scheduled start or appointment period:
$75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
For USCIS, court, medical, or government appointments where the interpreter must remain available, waiting-time provisions will be specified in the booking confirmation.
Rush Booking
Assignments requested with less than 24 hours' notice:
+25%
Same-day requests:
+35%, subject to interpreter availability.
Evening & Weekend
Assignments beginning after 6:00 PM or scheduled on Saturday:
+20%
Sunday & Federal Holiday
+35%
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 48 business hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
24–48 business hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Less than 24 business hours' notice or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service fee.
For USCIS interviews, court proceedings, depositions, conferences, or other assignments requiring substantial preparation or blocking several hours of an interpreter's schedule, special cancellation terms may apply and will be disclosed when booking.

Pro Zone Service Agency interpreters are expected to maintain:

Interpreters facilitate communication between parties. They do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, medical advice, or make decisions on behalf of clients.
Assignment acceptance may depend on interpreter availability, required credentials, language combination, location, subject matter, and complexity.
ORGANIZATIONAL & AGENCY ACCOUNTS
Law firms, nonprofits, healthcare providers, social service organizations, government contractors, and businesses may qualify for customized contractual pricing based on anticipated volume.
Available arrangements may include:
