At ProZone Service Agency, we are committed to providing professional, accurate, and high-quality services. Because many of our services involve time, expertise, and work that begins immediately after an order is placed, our refund policy varies depending on the service provided.

General Policy

Clients are encouraged to review all service details before confirming an appointment or placing an order.

Refund requests are evaluated fairly and in accordance with this policy.

Refunds by Service

Each service type has its own refund considerations based on when work begins and what has been completed.

Certified Translation Services

Once translation work has begun, translation fees are generally non-refundable.

If a project has not yet started, cancellation requests may qualify for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

If we make a translation error, we will promptly correct it at no additional charge.

Interpretation Services

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may qualify for a refund or credit, subject to any non-refundable booking fees.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.

Notary Services

Notary fees paid for completed notarizations are non-refundable.

If a notarization cannot be completed because legal requirements are not met, only fees for services not yet performed may be eligible for refund where applicable.

For Remote Online Notarizations completed through BlueNotary, additional terms or fees established by the platform may apply.

Tax Preparation Services

Fees for completed tax preparation services are non-refundable.

If work has not yet begun, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Immigration Form Preparation Support

Fees cover document preparation support and administrative services.

Once work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable.

Because outcomes depend on government agencies and individual circumstances, ProZone Service Agency cannot guarantee approval of any application or petition.

Administrative fees may be refundable only if work has not yet begun.

Service Quality

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us promptly.

Our priority is to resolve concerns professionally and, when appropriate, correct any errors within our control.
